General Information

Round Hill Country Club takes pride in providing an excellent selection of Fitness equipment, a well-trained staff, and an array of varied classes designed to fit Member interest and schedules. Personal Training is also offered.

Our state-of-the art equipment includes 4 treadmills with televisions, 3 upright bikes, 3 recumbent bikes, 2 Stairmasters, 2 Arc Trainers, 4 Elliptical Trainers (all cardiovascular machines), Cybex VR2 weight training machines, a Free Motion cable cross, an assorment of dumbells, Stretching Room with ballet bar, abdominal machines, stability balls, medicine balls, Body Bars, exercise mats and balance equipment. Amenities include state of the art flatscreen TVs, workout and bath towels, fresh fruit, headphones, and equipment cleaner and hand sanitizer.

All Fitness Members are entitled to 2-one hour complimentary sessions, consisting of an orientation and follow-up. There is a special Orientation Session for Juniors, age 13-17. Classes available for a nominal fee include Yoga, Pilates and Body Sculpting. Fitness Membership is complimentary for all General (Golf) Members, and available to Tennis, Associate and Social Members. The monthly rate is $65.00 for 1 User, $75.00 for 2 Users, and $90.00 a month for a Family of 3 or more Users (Parents & Children, age 13-22). Director of Fitness, Shannon Anastasio and her Staff are eager to have you visit the facility, and always willing to help you with any Fitness questions.

ALL LEVEL PILATES: A stretch and strengthening class using torso stabilization exercises. (Minimum of 5 Students required)

Monday & Wednesday 8:30-9:30 a.m.

Tuesday & Thursday 8:30-9:30 a.m.

YOGA: Emphasis is placed on integration of proper posture, moving from the core, breath and attention.

Sunday 7:00-8:00 a.m.

TOTAL BODY CONDITIONING: A strength training class utilizing body bars bands, balls and resistance tubing. A great metabolism booster!

Wednesday 10:00-11:00 a.m.
